Book a call
Fifteen minutes with the people who will actually run your show. Bring the date, the venue, and the rough idea; we'll bring the questions that turn it into a plan.
Prefer the phone? (848) 279-9164, or if the calendar below doesn't load, open it in its own tab.
What happens on the call
You talk to Anthony or Val, not a salesperson. The first few minutes are your event: what it is, when it is, where it is, and who is watching, in the room and online. Then we ask the questions that turn that into a plan. How many cameras the room needs. Whether there is a hardwired connection and what it sustains. Whether anyone is presenting from a second location. Whether the venue has its own AV provider with an exclusivity agreement. You may not have thought about half of these yet, and that is fine. Finding them on the call is the point.
By the end you will know whether we are the right fit, roughly what the production looks like, and what the next step is. If the job is not one we should do, we say so and tell you who to call instead.
What to have ready
The date, or the window if it is not fixed. The venue, even if it is one of three options. A one-line description of the event. If you already have a run of show, a floor plan, or a quote from another vendor, have it open. None of it is required. The date and the venue get us most of the way there.
Arranging a memorial? Skip the calendar and call. For a service on short notice, we will tell you right away whether we can cover it, and the details are quicker to settle on the phone.
