From Strategy to Broadcast in 3 Steps

  1. 01

    Consultation and Strategy

We work with your team to understand the event goals, audience, technical requirements, and brand guidelines. From there we build a production plan covering everything from camera placement and graphics packages to streaming architecture and contingency protocols.

  2. 02

    Pre-Production and Setup

Our team handles the logistics: on-site technical surveys, equipment prep, custom motion graphics, remote guest onboarding, and rehearsals. We arrive early on event day to build the production, test every connection, and dial it in before your first attendee walks in.

  3. 03

    Execution and Delivery

On event day our crew runs the live production with broadcast precision: real-time camera switching, audio mixing, graphics insertion, and stream monitoring. Afterward you get a professionally edited recording, highlight reels, and full analytics on viewer engagement.

Engineered for Enterprise

AVP.Live brings broadcast-level production expertise and enterprise-grade reliability to every corporate event. Here is what separates us from a standard AV vendor.

Broadcast Engineering, Not IT

We come from broadcast television and live production, not corporate IT. Our work is built on professional video engineering workflows, the same technology used in network television, which is where the reliability and the visual quality come from.

Security and Privacy Built In

Some broadcasts are not for the public. We run gated and registration-only streams, private delivery for internal audiences, and password-protected replay, on encrypted streams with redundant uplinks and backup hardware on site. Our crew signs your NDA without drama, and rehearsal content stays in the room. Fully insured, with W-9 and COI on request.

In-House Production Team

We are not a broker or a marketplace. Our own producers, technical directors, camera operators, and broadcast engineers run your event from the first call to final delivery. One team, one point of accountability.

Deep Tri-State Knowledge

Based in New Jersey with real working knowledge of the venues, the connectivity situation, and the logistics across the tri-state area. We have loaded into these rooms before.

Your event deserves the same production quality as a network television broadcast.

Where we work

The cities we produce in most, with the logistics that actually matter in each: how we get there, what is different about the rooms, and what to plan for early.

+FreeholdMonmouth County

Getting there. This is home. Our studio is at 590 Park Ave, Suite 1C, off Route 9 and minutes from the Garden State Parkway.

Freehold is our base, so a Freehold job has no travel window and no equipment staging problem. If something is needed mid-event, it is a ten minute round trip to the shop rather than a phone call to a rental house.

Venues in Monmouth County. AVP.Live Studio at 590 Park Ave · Freehold Raceway · Monmouth County Courthouse

+NewarkEssex County

Getting there. Straight up the Garden State Parkway or the Turnpike, roughly an hour from Freehold outside of rush hour.

Newark sits under Newark Liberty's controlled airspace, so any drone work here needs LAANC authorization before the date and some grids near the field require a manual waiver. Worth flagging at booking rather than on the morning of.

Venues in Essex County. New Jersey Performing Arts Center · Prudential Center · Newark Symphony Hall · Rutgers Newark

+Jersey CityHudson County

Getting there. Turnpike north to the 14 interchanges, about an hour. Dock and freight-elevator windows matter more than drive time here.

Jersey City is a loading dock problem, not a distance problem. Most of the waterfront office towers restrict freight elevator access to specific hours and require certificates of insurance filed in advance. We ask for the building's vendor requirements at booking, because getting turned away at the dock is the one delay you cannot produce around.

Venues in Hudson County. Liberty State Park · White Eagle Hall · Saint Peter's University · Harborside

+PrincetonMercer County

Getting there. Route 33 to Route 1, about 40 minutes from the studio.

Princeton runs heavily on university and research-corridor events, which means a lot of hybrid formats with remote panelists and a real expectation that the recording is archived properly afterward. Campus venues also tend to have their own AV staff, so the useful question early is which systems we are integrating with rather than replacing.

Venues in Mercer County. Princeton University · McCarter Theatre Center · Princeton Public Library · Nassau Inn

+New BrunswickMiddlesex County

Getting there. Route 18 north, about 30 minutes. One of the shortest runs we make.

New Brunswick is dense with hospital, university, and pharma events, which pushes a lot of jobs toward compliance recording and secure or password-protected streams rather than public broadcast. Plan the access model before the camera plan.

Venues in Middlesex County. State Theatre New Jersey · Rutgers University · Heldrich Hotel · Crossroads Theatre

+TrentonMercer County

Getting there. Route 33 west or I-195, roughly 45 minutes.

State government work in Trenton comes with public-meeting requirements: open access, retained recordings, and often a captioning obligation. That is a streaming architecture decision, not an afterthought, and it is worth settling before anyone talks about camera counts.

Venues in Mercer County. Cure Insurance Arena · New Jersey State House · Patriots Theater at the War Memorial · Trenton Thunder Ballpark

+Red BankMonmouth County

Getting there. Twenty minutes up Route 79 and Route 35. Effectively a local job.

Red Bank is close enough that we can do a proper site survey in advance without it costing a day, which is the single biggest predictor of whether an event day goes smoothly. For anything in Monmouth County we will just go look at the room.

Venues in Monmouth County. Count Basie Center for the Arts · Two River Theater · The Oyster Point Hotel

+MorristownMorris County

Getting there. Parkway to Route 24, about an hour and fifteen from Freehold.

Morris County has a heavy concentration of corporate campuses, and campus events almost always run on the client's own network. The real technical question in Morristown is whether IT will open the outbound ports we need, which is why we bring bonded cellular as the primary rather than the backup on corporate campuses.

Venues in Morris County. Mayo Performing Arts Center · Morristown Municipal Airport · The Madison Hotel · Morristown Green

+EdisonMiddlesex County

Getting there. Route 18 to I-287, about 40 minutes.

The Expo Center is trade show floor, which means high ambient noise, competing audio from neighboring booths, and ceiling height that makes lighting a real design problem rather than a default. Expo work is a wired-audio job, not a shotgun-mic job.

Venues in Middlesex County. New Jersey Convention and Expo Center · Middlesex County College

+Atlantic CityAtlantic County

Getting there. Garden State Parkway south, about an hour and twenty. We overnight for multi-day conference work.

Casino and convention properties in Atlantic City are union houses. Rigging, power, and often stagehand labor go through the house crew, and the rates and call minimums need to be in the budget from the first conversation. This is the venue category where a surprise line item shows up if nobody asked early.

Venues in Atlantic County. Boardwalk Hall · Atlantic City Convention Center · Hard Rock Hotel and Casino · Ocean Casino Resort

+Toms RiverOcean County

Getting there. Route 9 south or the Parkway, about 35 minutes.

Ocean County skews toward school, municipal, and house-of-worship work, and a large share of memorial streaming here is for families spread between New Jersey and Florida. That geography is exactly why the recording matters as much as the live stream.

Venues in Ocean County. Toms River High School North Performing Arts Center · RWJBarnabas Health Arena · Ocean County College

+Cherry HillCamden County

Getting there. I-195 west to Route 70, about an hour and fifteen. Our usual staging point for Philadelphia metro work.

Cherry Hill is where we base for South Jersey and Philadelphia metro jobs. Crossing into Pennsylvania changes nothing technically, but it does change the travel window on an early call time, so we build setup an hour earlier for anything across the bridge.

Venues in Camden County. Crowne Plaza Philadelphia Cherry Hill · Katz JCC · Cherry Hill Mall conference space

What moves the price

A single room with one or two cameras is the floor. From there, three things move a corporate quote, and we will tell you which apply on a phone call rather than after a discovery process.

  • How many cameras are running, and whether any of them are operated rather than locked off.
  • Whether there is a second presenting location, which is where hybrid budgets actually grow.
  • Staging, an LED wall, or custom graphics, which are production build rather than coverage.
  • Whether the venue has an exclusive AV provider or charges a liaison fee, which is worth asking before you sign.

Rates on request. Call (848) 279-9164 and you will get a straight number on the phone, not a form and a follow-up email.

Common questions

+How much do event live streaming services typically cost?

Three things move it, and we will tell you which apply on a phone call rather than after a discovery process: how many cameras are running, whether there is a second presenting location, and whether you need staging or an LED wall. A single room with one or two cameras is the floor. If a vendor will not talk about cost until you have sat through a process, that is protecting their margin, not your budget.

+How much does hybrid event production cost, and why will nobody quote it?

Because hybrid is where scope hides, and a vendor who names a number has to honour it. A hybrid event is a broadcast that also has an audience in the room, so it starts from the same place as a single-room broadcast. What actually adds cost is a second presenting location, a larger camera count, or staging and an LED wall. We will give you a number on a phone call, not after a discovery process.

+What if the venue will not allow an outside AV company?

Ask the venue two things before you sign: whether their AV provider is exclusive, and what the liaison fee is if you bring someone else. Liaison fees are common in this region and most planners only discover them late, which is why it is worth asking before you sign rather than after. If the venue is genuinely exclusive we will tell you and step back rather than start a fight you pay for. Often the numbers still work in your favour, and we are happy to look at the contract with you.

+How far in advance should I book?

Two weeks is comfortable for a standard single-room event. Four to eight weeks if you need staging, an LED wall, custom graphics or multiple locations. We can mobilise in 48 to 72 hours when we have to, and we do. What actually gets cut on a late booking is the site survey, which is the thing that catches the venue internet not being what the venue said.

+What happens if the venue internet fails?

We do not use venue WiFi as the primary connection. We bring bonded cellular, which combines several carriers into one uplink, and on corporate campuses we now default to bringing our own connection rather than waiting for IT to open ports on the morning of an event. We also record locally throughout, so a failed stream becomes a delayed video rather than a lost one.

+Can you upgrade our Zoom or Teams meeting to broadcast quality?

Yes, and this is one of the more common things we are asked for. Your Zoom or Teams meeting becomes a proper video source in our production rather than a laptop webcam, so remote presenters appear at the same quality as the people in the room, with matching name graphics and clean cuts between them. Questions from remote attendees come back into the room audio so the speaker can actually hear them.

+Can you stream to more than one platform at the same time?

Yes. YouTube, LinkedIn Live, Facebook, a private company platform, or any combination. Two things worth knowing: LinkedIn Live requires access to be granted to the account in advance, which takes a few days, and each platform has its own quality ceiling, so we set the encode to the most restrictive one rather than sending a stream that one platform silently degrades.

+Can you add live captions?

Yes. Automatic captions are included at no extra cost and land somewhere around 90 to 95 percent accurate on clear audio, which drops fast with accents, crosstalk or industry jargon. For a shareholder meeting, a public body, or anything with an accessibility obligation, we bring a human captioner instead. Tell us which you need at booking, because a human captioner has to be scheduled.
