The presidential package, for speakers on a stage
Presidential prompting puts the script on two glass panels in the speaker's sightline, one to each side of the podium, so an address reads to the room instead of down at notes. Our package is the dual presidential prompter with an AVP.Live technician who loads, paces and runs the script, delivery within 50 miles of Freehold, and setup and strike around your program.

On-camera prompting, for recordings
For a scripted recording, a beamsplitter holds the text in line with the lens, so the presenter reads while looking straight into the camera. AVP.Live owns two on-camera rigs with a beamsplitter and a second screen, and one additional on-camera rig with a single beamsplitter. Tell us the camera layout and recording plan and we confirm the configuration.

Confidence monitors and rear-of-room screens
Not every script belongs on glass. A confidence monitor is a direct-view screen off the camera line, on the floor or at the podium, for script, slides or cues. A large display or projection at the back of the room suits a presenter who faces the audience and reads from farther away, and many clients choose it when they want delivery to feel less visibly scripted. That is a production choice, not a guarantee: we do not promise invisible prompting or perfect eye contact.
With our technician, or equipment only
- Operator-supported: an AVP.Live technician runs the prompter with the production, paces the scroll to the speaker, and handles script changes on the day.
- Equipment-only rental: the prompting equipment goes out for a crew you already have. Tell us who will run it; we confirm the rig, the date and the handoff before it is reserved. Ask about rental terms when you write.
How booking works
Send the date, the location, the presentation type and the support you need; a date marked not-set-yet is fine. We talk through presenter position, sightlines, script status and rehearsal time, then the plan names the configuration, the staffing and the rehearsal and show support included, with availability confirmed for your date. Keep the confidential script itself off the first inquiry; the handoff is agreed during planning.

Do I need an on-camera or a presidential prompter?
For a scripted recording, an on-camera prompter keeps the text aligned with the lens. Presidential prompting is for a speaker addressing a room. Confidence monitors and rear screens are different tools again. Tell us whether the audience is in the room, on camera, or both.
Can I rent the equipment without a crew?
Yes. Ask for an equipment-only rental and tell us who will run it. We confirm the rig and the date before it is reserved.
What do you mean by a more organic feel?
Clients often use that phrase when they want delivery to feel natural and less visibly read, sometimes with a rear screen or projection instead of glass at the lens. That is a production choice, not a guarantee: we do not promise invisible prompting or that the audience will not notice a screen.
What script format should I send?
Tell us whether the script is final or still being revised, its approximate length, and its file format. We confirm the handoff during planning. Leave the confidential script itself off the form.
Can we include a rehearsal?
Yes. Include the rehearsal date, time and location in the request, and it is confirmed with the rest of the scope.
Do you work outside Freehold?
