AVP.Live

Partners

Your Client. Your Name. Our Crew.

White-label AV and livestream production for planners, venues, agencies, and DJs across New Jersey, New York City, and Philadelphia. You keep the relationship. We handle the technical load.

The Technical Half of Your Event, Under Your Brand

AVP.Live is a live event production company in Neptune Township, New Jersey, working across the tri-state area. You have the client, the plan, and the reputation. What you may not want is a truck full of cameras, a rigging plot, and a stream that has to stay up. That is the half we take. We arrive as your production team, in your branding or in nothing at all, run the AV and the broadcast, and leave. Your client sees one vendor: you.

Four Ways Partners Work With Us

Different partners want different amounts of visibility. All four of these are normal, and you can move between them job to job.

Fully White-Label

We show up unbranded, in your shirts if you supply them, and are introduced as your production team. Our name appears on nothing your client sees. Invoicing goes to you, not to them.

Named Subcontractor

You bring us in openly as the AV and broadcast specialist on your team. Useful when the client is technical, or when a venue or an RFP requires named vendors with their own insurance.

Preferred Vendor for Venues

Your sales team hands clients a production option they can recommend without risk. We do a walk-through of your rooms, document what works where, and give you something concrete to quote from.

Straight Referral

Sometimes the job is not yours to run and you would rather hand it off cleanly. Send it over. You stay the introduction, and the client knows who sent us.

How a Partnership Actually Starts

  1. 01

    A Walk-Through or a Call

For venues, we walk your rooms: ceiling heights, power, rigging points, load-in path, existing house systems. For planners and agencies, a call is enough. The output is a written note on what we would need to produce in your spaces, which is useful to you whether or not you ever call us.

  2. 02

    One Real Job

Nobody should commit to a partner on a meeting. Give us a live one, ideally something with enough moving parts to be a real test, and see how we behave under pressure and how your client reacts. This is the step that decides it.

  3. 03

    A Standing Arrangement

After the first job we agree on how you want to be quoted, how far ahead you need numbers, who your single contact is, and what your branding rules are. From there you send jobs and we slot in without renegotiating the relationship every time.

Why Partners Keep Sending Us Work

The technical work is table stakes. What keeps a partnership alive is everything around it.

We Do Not Approach Your Client

Not during the event, not after it, not a year later. No cards handed out, no follow-up emails, no social tags naming them. This is the first question every planner asks and it is the right question. The answer is no, in writing if you want it in the agreement.

One Contact, Not a Dispatch Desk

You get a person who was on the planning call and will be reachable on show day. Partners lose more sleep over not being able to reach anyone at 6am on load-in than over any technical failure.

Our Paperwork Is Ready

Fully insured, W-9 and certificate of insurance issued with the quote, and we have been through venue and district vendor registration before. Your client never waits on our compliance.

We Quote Fast Enough to Be Useful

A partner who takes four days to price a job costs you the job. Send the room, the date, and the scope, and you get a number you can put in front of your client quickly.

We Behave Like Your Staff

Clean crew, no logos unless you want them, no arguing with venue staff, no wandering into the client conversation. How a crew conducts itself in the room is your reputation, not ours.

A partnership is not a discount. It is knowing that the technical half is handled and that nobody is going to embarrass you in front of your client.

10 stars! Working with Anthony and VJ is incredible! They ACTUALLY work WITH you. They ask all the right questions to get the vision of what you want to do and they make it come to Life in the cleanest, most professional way.

Working with AVP has been an absolute pleasure!! We have done 5 events with them so far and the production vaule has gone up everytime. If its the video / production its self or the easy access for all of our fans and customers access to tickets and streams. AVP is a must have for any event in the area
Josh Baker ·
I recently had the pleasure of working with AVP.Live for both my marketing needs and live stream events, and I must say, they are absolutely the best in the business! Their team is not only extremely professional but also incredibly knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Michael Schaefer ·
Anthony and Valentine are must haves for your content creation needs. Each summer I host a large boat party (Over 100 people) in which they capture a recap video and professional photos for and they are just the best. They arrive timely to your event and in terms of turnaround on deliverables, they far exceed your deadlines.

What Moves a Partner Quote

Partner work is priced the same way as direct work. What changes is that repeat volume and predictable scopes let us plan crew ahead, and that shows up in the number.

  • Scope: camera count, audio channels, whether there is a stream, and whether anything flies.
  • Crew size and call length: a three-day load-in, rehearsal, and show pattern is a different plan from a four-hour single-camera job.
  • Venue conditions: rigging points versus ground support, freight elevator access, and whether the building requires union or building-approved labor.
  • Notice: a job handed over six weeks out prices differently from one handed over on Thursday for Saturday.
  • Volume: a standing arrangement with a known cadence lets us hold crew and gear rather than chase them per job.
  • Branding: unbranded crew shirts and a white-label deliverable package are a small line, but they are a line.

Common questions

+Will you contact my client directly?

No. Not during the event, not after, not later. No business cards, no follow-up, no tagging them on social. We can put that in the agreement in writing, and most of our long-running partners asked us to.

+Can your crew wear our branding?

Yes. Supply the shirts and we wear them. If you would rather we be neutral, we show up in plain black with nothing on it. Our logo appears on your client's event only if you ask for it.

+Who invoices the client?

You do. We invoice you, you bill your client at whatever you have quoted them. If you would rather we bill the client directly on a named-subcontractor job, that works too, but it is your call and not our default.

+What if we already have an AV vendor?

Most venues and planners do, and that is fine. Partners usually bring us in for the jobs their regular vendor does not cover: multi-camera, livestream, LED walls, or a date their vendor cannot staff. You do not have to replace anyone to work with us.

+Do you require exclusivity?

No. You are not signing anything that stops you working with anyone else, and neither are we. A partnership that needs a lock to survive was not working anyway.

+How far do you travel?

New Jersey, New York City, and eastern Pennsylvania as standard. Beyond that depends on the job and the notice, and travel shows up as its own line rather than buried in the rate.

+What is the smallest job worth sending?

Anything you would rather not carry yourself. A single-camera recording is fine. Partners often start by sending the job they least want to deal with, which is a perfectly good test.

+Can you do a site survey of our venue before we commit?

Yes, and it costs you nothing. We walk the rooms, note power, rigging, and load-in, and write it up. You keep the document whether or not you ever book us, and venues tend to find it useful for their own sales conversations.

Send us the job you least want to deal with.

That is the honest test of a production partner. Tell us the room, the date, and what your client is expecting, and we will come back with a number and a plan you can put your name on.
