Produced Like Television, Not Filmed Like Practice

Most sports streams are one locked camera and hope. We produce the game the way television does: a technical director switching operated cameras, instant replay run by a dedicated operator, a scorebug that never drifts, and announcer audio mixed for broadcast. The difference shows in the first minute, and it is why families, fans, and athletes stay to the final whistle.

Built for Live Sports

From a single mat to a full arena card, production and distribution that pays for itself.

Multi-Camera Sports Production

Switched live coverage with multiple angles, instant replay, and on-screen graphics. Scoreboard integration, lower thirds, and sponsor bugs.

Ticketing and Pay-Per-View

When an event needs a gate, ticketing and pay-per-view run on our separate streaming platform, stream.avp.live. Ask when you book and we will set it up alongside the production.

Tournament and Multi-Mat Coverage

Multiple simultaneous feeds for tournaments, with a viewer-selectable stream per mat, ring, or field.

Aerial Coverage

FAA Part 107 drone feeds routed live into the broadcast for outdoor events. See the drone page for airspace lead times.

Replays and Highlight Cuts

Full-event replay available immediately after the broadcast, plus highlight reels and individual bout or play cuts for social.

Sponsor Integration

Sponsor logos, bumpers, and read spots built into the broadcast. Streaming gives your sponsors a measurable audience number, which raises what you can charge them.

From Booking to Broadcast in 3 Steps

  1. 01

    Plan the Broadcast

A venue walk or virtual site check turns your event into a camera plan, a connectivity plan, and a graphics package in your colors, with one written price.

  2. 02

    Produce the Broadcast

Our crew handles cameras, switching, replay, audio, graphics, and stream monitoring, from setup to the final whistle.

  3. 03

    Deliver and Replay

You get the full program recording and highlight cuts after the broadcast, and replays can stay available to your audience after the night ends.

Why the Broadcast Holds Up

Live sports is the hardest thing to broadcast well. These are the parts that decide whether it holds.

Operated Cameras, Switched Live

A technical director cuts the action in real time. The play is followed, the finish is on screen, and the broadcast has pace instead of a single wide shot.

Replay Is a Person, Not a Button

A dedicated operator runs the moment back with slow motion while the game continues. The buzzer-beater, again, from the right angle.

Our Gear, Our Crew

We own the equipment and employ the operators. Game night is not the night to meet rented strangers.

Engineered to Stay On Air

Bonded cellular, backup encoders, and parallel records, because gym Wi-Fi and arena internet fail on the biggest nights. The broadcast is designed to survive them.

What clients say

5.0 from 14 reviews on Google

Working with AVP has been an absolute pleasure!! We have done 5 events with them so far and the production vaule has gone up everytime. If its the video / production its self or the easy access for all of our fans and customers access to tickets and streams. AVP is a must have for any event in the area

What moves the price

It comes down to how many cameras and how many days. Work the question the other way as well: divide the production cost by your ticket price, and that is how many paying viewers you need before the broadcast is free.

  • Camera count, from a single feed up to a full multi-camera card.
  • Whether it is one day or a multi-day tournament, which is quoted as a block rather than per day.
  • Simultaneous feeds, if families need to choose which mat, ring or field to watch.
  • Whether the event needs ticketing or a pay-per-view gate, which runs on our separate streaming platform.

Rates on request. Call (848) 279-9164 and you will get a straight number on the phone, not a form and a follow-up email.

Common questions

+How does pay per view ticketing work for a live stream?

It runs on our separate streaming and ticketing platform at stream.avp.live, which is its own product with its own terms, built to work alongside the production: viewers buy access on the same page they watch on, with promo codes, tiers and comps built in, and the footage and your audience list stay yours. Tell us the event needs a gate and we will set both up together.

+How much does it cost to live stream a sporting event?

It comes down to how many cameras and how many days. A single feed for one day is the floor. Every camera after the first adds an operator as well as a lens, which is where the number actually moves, and a multi-day tournament is quoted as a block rather than per day because the crew and the gear only get set up once. The question underneath this one is usually whether the broadcast pays for itself, so work it the other way: divide the production cost by your ticket price and that is how many paying viewers you need before it is free.

+Can you cover a tournament with several mats or rings at once?

Yes, and for a tournament this is usually what makes the broadcast worth paying for. We run simultaneous feeds and viewers choose which mat, ring or field to watch. Families are not buying a stream of the featured match, they are buying the ability to watch their own athlete, and a single-feed broadcast of a multi-mat event tends to disappoint everyone.

+How far in advance should we book?

For a single-camera event, a couple of weeks. For a full multi-camera card, four to six weeks, which leaves room for the site check, the graphics build, and a proper run-of-show.
