What this covers
These terms cover use of this website. Production work is governed by the written proposal and agreement for that specific engagement, which takes precedence over anything here. Nothing on this website changes, adds to, or replaces an agreement you have already signed with us.
Quotes and proposals
Anything on this site is a description of services, not a quote. Pricing is scoped per event and confirmed in writing. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a binding price.
Bookings and dates
A date is held when it is confirmed in writing and any agreed deposit is received. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in the agreement for that engagement.
Using this site
Please do not submit the inquiry form with someone else's contact details, or with information you know to be false. It is not a form into a void: what you type goes to the system a small team works out of, and a person reads it.
Text messages from us
The inquiry form has an optional checkbox for text messages. If you check it, AVP.Live, operated by Anthony Valentine Productions, LLC, may send you texts about your inquiry and your event: our reply, quotes, scheduling, and production logistics. Checking it confirms the number you entered is yours, or that you are authorized to consent for texts to it. It is optional and it is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or email info@avp.live. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message to stop; you will get one confirmation and nothing after it. You can also stop by emailing info@avp.live or calling (848) 279-9164. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. What we do with the information behind those messages is in our Privacy Policy at avp.live/legal/privacy.
Content on this site
Text, photography, video, and graphics on this site belong to Anthony Valentine Productions, LLC unless credited otherwise. Client footage appears with permission.
Footage of your event
What happens to the video and audio we shoot at your event is set by the agreement for that engagement, not by this page. We do show client work on this site. If your event appears here and you would rather it did not, email info@avp.live and tell us which piece and we will take it down from this website. That is a courtesy about this website; it does not change the rights set out in the agreement for your event.
Tools and estimates
The calculators on this site are estimates. They are useful for planning a rough card count or a bandwidth budget, and they are not a substitute for testing your actual camera settings, codec, and venue connection. Check the numbers against the real gear before you buy anything or promise a delivery.
Links to other sites
We link to our own streaming platform at stream.avp.live, which is ours and has its own terms, and to our booking calendar at calendar.avp.live, which is run for us by GoHighLevel. The inquiry form on this site is ours and posts to our own server. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of sites we do not run.
The website itself
We keep this site accurate and available as best we can, but we do not promise it is error-free or always up, and we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on this website or its estimates instead of a written proposal from us. This applies to the website only. It does not limit anything in the agreement for your event, and it does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under New Jersey law, including liability for personal injury.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the effective date at the top of it, is the current one. If you keep using the site after a change, the new version is the one that applies to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes about this website or these terms belong in the state and federal courts of New Jersey. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still stand.
