Two ways to rent it. Bring nothing but your people and we produce the whole shoot. Or bring your own crew and use a broadcast-ready room at NJ rates, 45 minutes from Manhattan, with free parking at the door.
Two tiers, no gray area
With Crew is our room, our gear, our people: a technical director at the switcher, camera operators, an audio engineer, and a graphics operator, running your shoot live-to-tape so you leave with finished content. DIY is for teams that know what they're doing and need a space that doesn't fight them: the studio, lighting, and agreed equipment access, with flexible hours and a straight hourly or day rate. With Crew: you show up, we produce
Full production crew running your shoot live-to-tape on our gear. This is the studio working the way we built it to work.
DIY: the room and the gear, your team
The studio space, house lighting grid, set pieces by arrangement, Wi-Fi, load-in at the door, free parking, and a staff member on site for access and questions.
Not included with DIY
Crew, switching, audio mixing, graphics, editing, and media. Operated equipment like the switcher, cameras, and the LED wall is rentable only with our operator.
Required for DIY: insurance
A certificate of insurance naming AVP.Live as additional insured, with general liability at the minimum we state when you book. No COI, no keys. It protects your production as much as ours.
The middle path
Rent DIY and add one of our people. An audio engineer or TD on a DIY booking is a common setup, and we'll suggest it when it fits.

+What's the minimum booking?
Tell us your hours on the call. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends by arrangement, and batching a full day is the best value.
+Can we rent DIY but add one of your people?
Yes. An audio engineer or TD can be added to a DIY booking at crew rates. It's a common middle path and we'll suggest it when it fits.
+Why do you require insurance for DIY?
Because uninsured productions are how studios and shoots both end. A standard COI from your insurer or a short-term production policy satisfies it. Most producers have this handled in a day.
+Can we use the LED wall or switcher on a DIY rental?
With our operator, yes. Solo, no. That's not gatekeeping; it's operated broadcast equipment, and the operator is what makes it deliver.
